How do I place an order?

You can order online on this site by clicking on the "SHOP" link in the top menu, selecting the products that you would like to buy and clicking on "MY BASKET" when ready to checkout.

If you post in your order, please remember to include your payment and a note of which products you would like, along with a contact phone number or email, in case we need to clarify your order.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Full Refund:
To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including the original packaging and your receipt, within 21 days of receipt.

Damaged Merchandise:
To receive a full refund of the purchase price on damaged merchandise, merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Clearance Merchandise:
Please note that clearance merchandise sold is non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Wholesale prices are 40% for groups who purchase at least £100 of product after discounts.
Wholesale prices are 50% for groups who purchase at least £500 of product after discounts.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping charges will be added (there are no additional fees added).

 

Minimum order to be considered wholesale is $100.00.
